The suitcase nukes, or Atomic Demolition Munitions, would have a yield of .1 Kiloton. Detonated in the middle of NYC, it would probably kill over 100,000 people instantly.
Good God!!! And I thought they were "small"!!! If you read John Walker Lindh's most current comments on the "three phases" of attack that OBL had in mind, something like this would certainly make the first attack pale in comparison (he said that we'd forget the first attack -- we'll never forget).
