Political Man needs your help !!!! (Vanity, call for web designers for small conservative website)

I'm a Unix Admin with a web server, some bandwidth, a message forum and an idea. The problem is like most Unix admins, I'm not an artist. Soooooo, I'm looking for some conservative web designers, photo shop gurus, artists for a new website. I don't expect much from it, just a little fun and a way to get the message out. The idea that I'm going with is the World's first Political Superhero, who has commentary on the web site about whatever the topic of the day is. My plan is for it to be a platform to talk about the war. I think he should be camppy, funny, and comic bookish but I'm open to ideas from anyone.

I've played around with this charcter on other non-political web sites and I've gotten a good response from people who don't normally keep up with the issues of the day. In fact when I've been attacked by liberals, non-political users have come to my defense, saying that my posts are informative, funny and enjoyable.

I can't offer anyone much for the work, just the work itself and admin access on the forum. I'd like to share some of my ideas and I've got some thoughts that might be better explained with interaction. I've gotten a message board up with a color theme that I like (obviously I'm going to need someone to come up with replacements for the logos) and I'm looking for any good ideas for it. Post here in "site construction" if your interested.

Thanks,

Political Man

I'm political, I'm a man, I'm Political Man!

I followed the link and took a quick look. What are you using, Nuke? Looks interesting, though I have to point out that Spider-man is trademarked. (You were planning on changing that, right?)

I have no artistic ability whatsoever, but I might still be able to help some. I'm a writer, a comics fan from waaaaaayyy back, and sometimes even able to make a moderately amusing joke. Oh yeah, and I know my way around PHP, Perl and a few other useful things.

I also noticed a couple of spelling mistakes.

Let me know what I can do to help.

I sent you a freepmail about this Irv.

Thank you for the suggestions about designing my own web page, but I'm looking more for creative artwork than anything else. It would have to better than the stick figures than I could draw, because my artwork skills suck.
