I didn't realize that this was the date. Thank you for remembering and posting their names. They are not forgotten.

I'm proudly wearing my bracelet today commemorating the actions of MSG Gary Gordon and SFC Randall Shughart. I believe Michael Durant, the downed helicopter pilot rescued by Gordon and Shughart, said, "without question I owe my life to the valor of these two brave men." God Bless them and all of the men and women protecting our freedom today.

Thanks for the reminder. I think about those warriors often. Especially Delta members Gordon and Shughart. It fills me with pride when I think about how they volunteered to fight beside Durant so that he would not have to die alone. At the same time it fills me with rage to think about how that pond scum piece of amphibian crap clinton failed them. Then sat on their medal citations for two weeks until he was finally pressured into signing them.

JUST A QUESTION:

Were any of these medals presented by Bill Clinton personally?
