Other than the gas stations playing the Macarena over the loud speakers

How is the Macarena supposed to combat the sniper? Just curious!

If the customers are dancing while they fill their tanks, they're tougher targets.

Geeesh, use your imagination! The Macarena keeps the customers moving as they dance it. Also it allows people to feel less self conscious than zigzagging and ducking and it can build social rapport! This is important in liberal land.

Bottom line is that there isn't a siege mentality in the DC area. Concern and caution, no seige mentality.
