The Germans agreed to pay the amount, they should cough it up immediately, not going on about administrative costs, and giving us yet another "Hold Mein Bier" moment to discuss.

When you see the massive payouts courtrooms give for minor claims, it doesn't really seem like an awful lot of compensation in the first place.
