Very interesting...
I wonder if she told Xiong what would happen the next time he engaged his mouth without his brain in gear...

"I know what you're thinking. Did the skipper of the Nebraska fire 24 missiles or only 23? Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, he kinda lost track himself. But being that this is a Trident submarine, the most powerful SSBN in the world, and one shot would blow Beijing and its suburbs clean off the map, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya punk?"

Xena Rice, also, informed this ChiCom Clymer, that two minutes after GW was president, all of the ChiCom missiles with the now defunct Loral technology had been reprogrammed.
Any missile fired by the ChiComs at any American city, even including LA, would come right back at Xiong and give him a really bad hair day!
If their own missiles exploding over ChiCom cities, army bases, air bases and naval bases wasn't enough, we now have at least 2 Boomers which have all the Polaris on each boomer with MIRV's aimed at the rest of China.
