Discipline and practice. They are distracting, at first, but it isn't that difficult to pass 'em by. Personally, I like them. Kind of a parting shot, a footnote to the poster's comments, an endnote to the poster's mindset, a last grasp at expression for that moment in time, a commitment to one's thought....
