Proven? Alcohol causes damage to kidneys and liver, at very high amounts it can kill brain cells. Billions of dollars are spent yearly on this substance which serves no other purpose then to intoxicate. Don't get me started on drinking and driving... If you are against legalization of weed, then at least be consistent when it comes to liquor.
