On Foxnews right now David Asman is smoking some guy named Filipe on the Iraq issue.

David- Hans Blix says that the Iraqis haven't fulled cooperated!

Filipe- Hans Blix did not say that...

David- Oh yes he did, I've covered many of these pressers, and I have it right here in my hand.

Filipe- Hans Blix was very careful not to say that they have not been cooperating.

David- David quotes Blix exactly saying the Iraqi's haven't been cooperative. Then says...a requirement for a material breach isn't that they have been majorly or unmajorly cooperative...but that whether they have been cooperative or not period!
