So, basically, Ted can't buy it back because it's no longer worth enough! Bwa-ha!

You gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold em.... know when to walk away, know when to run.

Teddie shoulda "run".

He "zigged when he shoulda zagged".

Guess Ted will have his excuse now not to pony up that 1 billion he promised the UN. I suupose he didn't get around to forking it over when he had it, now it's someone's else fault. Typical feel-good liberalism, everyone pats you on the back for saying you'll do something, then you don't actually have to do it.

I don't think he ever gave the 1 billion. It was all a way of minimizing taxes in the first plact.

Sure his fortune has shrunk significantly, but so has the value of CNN. It seems they're roughly proportional.

Maybe Jane can help him out. Ooops! I forgot; all her money goes to making sure that as many babies as possible are slaughtered.

I know. I just find it amusingly ironic that the reason he doesn't have the money to buy it back is because he sold it to a company that ran its value - and thus Ted's own personal net worth - into the ground.

How true, how true. Unless it's somebody else's money a liberal won't part with it. Northeastern blue-haired unionized yellowdogs are another example. They vote a straight RAT ticket to get the 'taxpayer-funded' handouts the RAT Cults buys its votes with, then they move to states like Florida to avoid paying as many taxes as they can.

Too bad. They were just as nutty-lefty when he ran it, but at least they practiced Journalism. You know, kinda like how MTV used to play videos...

She just cancelled some deal with a college that she had pledged a few million. Apparently she's a little short too.

AOL Time Warner's tumbling stock cost him between $7 billion and $8 billion, Turner said in an interview to be broadcast Wednesday on "60 Minutes II."

LOL! As if Turner PAID $7 to $8 billion for the stock in the first place! Like he looked in his bank account and that amount was missing. What a farce@!

Maybe we can find some conservatives who are willing to pool their money and buy it. Why not? If nothing else, it would establish another conservative beachhead andmake liberals foam at the mouth.

Turner, who resigned as vice chairman of the AOL Time Warner board last week and is said to be dissatisfied with how CNN is being run,

So, Teddie, the Commie News Network is still not far enough left to suit you, eh?
