Can't have it both ways. Either judges rule on the law or personal feelings. Right now the law is on the envirals side, too vague to really determine otherwise.

Need some changes in the laws.

Another Liberal Enviro-Wacko judge that Clinton snuck past the Republicans. They're now being repaid for their "kindness" by having all their judges blocked by the evil Dash-hole. (May he be a crispy critter in his next life).
