Just when the DOJ tells us that violent crime, rape, sodomy etc. is going down the people that do these despictable crimes prove them wrong everytime!

YEah! Lose his darn job. I didn't look to see what state that judge resides in, so I don't know what the procedure is for appointing judges. I know that here in missouri, when judges are up for 'vote'.....most people don't have a CLUE who they are voting for because there are no campaigns. The people who know judges personally from cases or attys are in "the know" so to speak. There has GOT to be a better system than this.

I have a question for you. When people are arrested and put in jail prior to the pretrial hearing... do guilty people tend to act belligerent while innocent people are polite?
