This dance with the UN has indeed been about one thing--about making them show their irrelevance. God bless President Bush.
Now please tell me, is that the same as Bush saying, "I am ready to go it alone?"
I was watching the morning local news and they said, "Bush said last night that he was ready to go it alone." I called them and said "Bush did not say that. Show me in the transcript where he said that." We argued back and forth. The guy said, "You are parsing." I said I wasn't and that he had many countries supporting him. The guy said "Yeah, Britain." yada yada..........then he said "Well he did say he didn't need anyone's approval." I said, "Yes he did. So say that instead of the Democrat talking points." etc....
I must give them credit, they changed it to "Bush said he didn't need anyone's approval..."
So it seems like they changed it as a result of your call, didn't they? Good job!
