chirac is a little zany with his remarks now and again...first he threatens and ridicules and bullies some fellow European neighbors and now he pulls a hissy fit about withdrawing from the GLOBAL terror war! A diplomat he is NOT! Maybe he is on medication...or maybe he needs to be on medication...

I agree. ChIraq's hysteria is now so total that I believe whatever is hidden in Iraq about French participation in arming Saddam is so stunning and scandalous that it will end Chirac's career.
