I will need some help with this one but Sheppard was speaking with a man in Paris via phone and he twisted what Sheppard read off the wires. It sounded like Chirac had said one thing and then this guy led off to something else but in the same frame. Then said Chirac just was quoted as saying "Trade sanctions against France are ridiculous"
