Ebay has the option to restrict sales to the United States, North America, or any selection of places. If I'm selling something, it's wholly up to ME who I wish to sell it to ... and if someone outside of the U.S. thinks that's "discrimination" -- well, it IS. Live with it.

Since the war began ALL of my auctions have been for sale to U.S. buyers only. I don't care to do business with the French or Germans (or Canadians, for that matter), and it's my right to do business with whom I choose.
