Al Qaeda suspect sent to U.S.
Kenyan authorities have extradited a suspected al-Qaeda terrorist to the United States. The suspect, identified as Suleiman Abdalla, has been accused of involvement in the bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in 1998. At least 230 people were killed in those attacks. Abdalla was arrested last week in the Somali capital Mogadishu, and taken to Kenya for questioning. He is described as a man in his thirties whose identity remains a mystery.
