Dunno, to tell you the truth. That would be a legal issue I couldn't solve. I suspect that the renter's gonna get it, since they would have little reason to tell the landlord, unless repairs had to be made.

Who knows. I do know, though, that meteorite dealers are already on their way there. It will take less than a week for fragments to be available online.

I plan to buy one myself. It's rare to have a good, documented fall, especially with photo or video evidence. In fact, I'm not sure there is a video-documented fall until this one. I can't be sure, but I don't think so.

A lot of folks are going to be really ticked that they gave their fragments away to those "scientists" who said they should donate them to "science." A lot of those will be on the market shortly as well.

Now, if I lived there, and one hit my house, I'd just keep it on the shelf, along with all the documentation...just as a keepsake.
