Surprise!

MSNBC, NBC and National Geographic severed ties with him this morning.

I guess they finally caught on to him... after several thousand people complained.

Lauer drove me to turn off NBC when he asked the widow how she thought it would be to read the not yet delivered letters from her dead husband. The Today show has gone "springer" so I missed most of the pete the punk's interview...he seemed stunned he was called on what he said, slightly rattled..katie and matt were sympathetic

I can imagine the helpful "questions" which will be asked by Katie or Matt so Arnett can redeem himself.

The stations lost all hope in redeeming Arnett, so they decided to reach for the can of Lysol to remove the stench that is lingering on them.

It's the soldier not the reporter who gives you the freedom of the press.

It's the soldier not the poet who gives you the freedom of speech.

It's the soldier not the campus organizer who allows you to demonstrate.

It's the soldier who salutes the flag, serves the flag, whose coffin is draped with the flag that allows the protester to burn the flag!!!

"Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they perform for us in our time of need. Amen."

"He was in Iraq."

This is one creep who tested how far you can stretch a lie and get away with it.

He found out. So has NBC. So has National Geographic.

Arnett Confers With His Superiors

Why not let MSNBC and National Geographic (a non-profit org BTW) know also . .

"Perhaps a good freep is in order."

From another thread . .

Here are the private email addresses for NBC/MSNBC executives/decision makers:

bob.wright@nbc.com

phil.griffin@msnbc.com

erik.sorenson@msnbc.com

Let them know how YOU feel about them having traitor Peter Arnett on their staff.

Contact National Geographic:

(Phone: 202-857-7000

Fax: 202-775-6141

Toll Free: 800-647-5463)

Let them know you are going to try and have their tax exempt status as a non-profit organization revoked. Then contact Congressmen and Senators and complain.

(Thanks to crazykatz and ckstar)

I lasted all the way through the interview with that poor woman, but my adrenaline was pumping so hard by the end that I had to turn it off before Petah came on.

Believe me he was only stunned because he got outed, he forgot this is the info age and thought only his Iraqi compatriots would see the interview.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Nope - they can't LIE their way outta this one - the MSNBC LOGO is written ALL OVER Arnett's forehead. Same goes for Nat Geo.

These people are so damn sick it's pathetic! They have NO CLUE!!! I will NEVER watch another of these people EVER! If Fox News ever goes off the air I'll just skip the news. I already have FOX NEWS burned into my television screen!
