Unlike the enemy, our troops follow the rules of conduct of the Geneva Convention. I suspect that American POWs are being mistreated, and even murdered, but I'd hate to see our troops stoop to the Iraqi level. Any Iraqi soldier that is fighting wishes to kill American soldiers. It's called war. Why be offended when they admit to wanting to kill us? Detain them, but show our moral superiority by treating them in accordance to the Geneva Convention.
