In the thread, "Oil for White People! Woohoo, Dead Iraqi Children Now!", there is a poster whose name is "The Only Good American is a Dead One." I'm not kidding. Most of the other threads are filled with similar venom.

If you don't want to bother, I understand as obviously these people are far beyond all hope but there don't seem to be too many, so I figured it could be fun to freep anyway.

Are you familiar with this rabble? As a mainstream journalist, perhaps you could do an investigative report featuring this bunch.

No, I'm not personally familiar with them.
But just looking through their site, they seem to be an Irish branch of a Seattle founded organisation.

I'll see if I can find out a bit more about them.

They all have "Dean for President" stickers on the bumpers of their parents' cars.

Care to explain it then? I'm baffled.

That would be a great inside story for a journalist to go under cover in one of these groups and expose what they are really all about.

I suspect he thinks you are an Irish journalist. You have the writing skills to be a good one, maybe the Mark Steyn of the Emerald Isle?

Maybe you should forward their website to the FBI...

I am an Irish journalist, and thank you for the compliment. Why, you've made blush now! *LOL* BTW..a female Mark Steyn? I wish! I'm not sure if my caustic wit is quite that well honed, just yet!

What I'm 'baffled' about is the 'Dean for President' reference further up the thread, though.

I gotcha...

Basically, these are all sullen, sulking teenagers.

Howard Dean is governor of the Peoples Republic of Vermont and is a far left candidate for the Democratic nomination for president. He is one of a small but growing cohort including "The Reverend" Al Sharpton and Congressman Dennis "the Menace" Kucinich who will occupy the marxist flank during the Democrat's primary campaigns next year.

A-HA!!!! Gotcha! I try to keep up with the who's who of American politics, but sometimes a few of them fall down the quagmire of my cerebral shaft and are lost forever! *L* Thanks! ;-)

Howard Dean is a far left, anti-war, candidate for President in the Democrat party.

There is an article that call marines "Baby Killers."
This is so sad, but typical of the left. You know the left will treat the returning boys with disdain-just like in vietnam.

I'll tell you who they are. Look at this site:

http://arizona.indymedia.org/

Look towards the top, and you'll see where it says that this is a place for radicals to group and share thoughts.

It's a Green movement.

Look further down, and you'll see "Socialism vs. Capitalism" articles.

The Code Pink group would be a part of this group.

Who is funding Code Pink? The Stewart Mott Foundation is one of their donors. I researched this foundation, and they are from all the Socialist countries and Communist countries.

Greens equals the movement in Germany.

This is an alarming trend to see so many foreign Socialist and Communist countries funding so many groups inside the U.S.

My question is, why?

Don't worry. Our electoral politics must seems horrendously complex to anyone brought up in a parliamentary system. The interesting part will be to see how much of the overall left wing vote in the state primaries is drawn away by these true-red candidates to leave pluralities for whom.

It is encumbent on all Republicans to research these groups and to expose them, and trust me when I say that when you find the answers you will win just about every election in the U.S. by a landslide.

Let me put it this way: If you can link someone like Conyers up in Michigan to a Communist group, what do you think the chances are people will vote Republican?

And he can be linked to a Communist group, with pictures too.
