Now that we have proven that we can almost surgically remove a despot, do we have a moral obligation to go after Castro, Chavez, Mugabe etc...and free their people who are being raped, tortured, improsened for life, and murdered? The operative word is contingency. There should be such plans for a host of possible scenarios, doesn't mean they'll ever be used.
