It's simpler than this. Most elites in other nations achieved and currently hold their positions of power and influence at the expense of the majority of their people. The American system of government and its popularity among their enslaved populations is a dire threat to their continued existence on the planet...so they miss no opportunity to denigrate America, catechize their people to repeat anti-American slogans and blame America for the the evils they themselves are perpetrating. Whether European socialist aristocracies like France or the brutal dicatorships of the Middle East, their motivations are identical - only their methods differ slightly from country to country.

The reason they hate us is because we are the only country that will use force if necessary to stop a communist or a dictator. If we left it up to the UN the world would have been taken over by communists and dictators already.
