LOS ANGELES - Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., said she will oppose President Bush's nominee to a key federal appellate court Thursday when the Senate Judiciary Committee votes on her nomination.

I literally am going to start praying that God removes some of these obstructionist democrats (Byrd, Feinstein, Daschle, Clinton, Schumer, Leahy, Kennedy...) They are a blight on this nation and a threat to our security!

Judge appointments are constitutionally approved by an up or down vote on the Senate floor. The democrats are so frightened that their leftist liberal stamp on the judiciary is in danger--because the people put the Pubbies in the majority--they are resorting to obstructionism. Deep down though, I definitely blame the Pubbies for allowing the obstructionist democrats to continue injecting their degenerate liberalism without taking charge they were elected to take! What good are the Pubbies in the majority if they cannot churn up the gonads to act like the majority?

Hey Mercury News . . . is it Kohl or Kuhl? Make up your mind. I suggest Kuhl.
