illegal full-auto AK-47

Funny, but this gun is not illegal in CT. Now, a high-cap magazine may be , but not a full auto AK-47. In CT, it can be semi, or full auto, but not both (selective fire)

Actually I don't know if the select-fire AK used on CNN last night (they demonstrated both semi and full auto fire) was in fact "illegal" since the Sheriff had it and we all know that LE rules are different from our own.

But I bristle at them claiming that a select-fire NFA weapon is what the assault weapon ban is all about. Although you and I know this is untrue, this was all just scary eye candy for the uninformed voters to make them think that if the AW ban dies, machine guns go on sale at 7-11 next year.
