See, that's the problem. This person has been posting left-speak all morning, and so I assumed he thinks this is good. Maybe it is ironic, maybe he does know that. Then again, maybe he doesn't. But since he doesn't seem to want to respond, we won't know.

"Noble", IMHO, is meant to connote that the local hereditary ruler's decree was made into law - From a nobleman comes a "noble" law.
