Sunday, May 25th, 8pm Eastern, CSPAN's Booknotes program will feature Anne Applebaum, author of the new book, Gulag, a History. Since some of you are interested in the book, thought you might want a heads up on this.

Therefore, it may be the first chapter of another book, may be the work of Jayson Blair, may be a work of fiction by another journalist at the New York Times or may not be a first chapter of any book at all . Registration is not required and the writing is similar to Ms Applebaum's so decide for yourself
