I agree with the article. With so much media in our lives we are constantly being warned about something.
I ignore it all and go about my life.What was good for us 20 years ago is bad for us now,what was bad 20 years ago is good. Medical studies make the news every day and if anyone ever tracked them all I'm sure many of these studies contradict eachother.
Diseases have always been with us,and always will be. Terrorism and war will always be around.
We should just go about our lives and do all things in moderation.
