That money would go quite a ways in helping the states meet their budget shortfalls or extending medical insurance to cover prescriptions for the elderly. Is there any limit on the amount we are ready to dispense for the benefit of Israel?

Actually this money will benefit the Arabs in THE GCC. It is to the interest of all to eliminate the bad actors.
