I am an IT worker of 15 years, and I am a conservative. But to all of you who do want to offshore, go ahead. Move all of the technical expertise to India and China. All of you who do put the interests of the WTO (which by the way is a SOCIALIST group) you are inept in every way. It is the vast technical pool of engineers, scientists, programmers that have given us wonders like the 747, the first IBM mainframe, the Apollo Saturn V rocket, and many other technical marvels.

Please go ahead, let the US ecomomy becomre the fodder of the third world. Go ahead and let your fellow American perish while the stockholders drown in their own green.
So all of you out there who are so brilliant to support this, who is going to pay for all of the special programs like prescription drug coverage for seniors (I can't Bush is doing this, is he actually a conservative???). While the tax base shrinks and deficits get astronomically higher, maybe you who do like offshoring might just want to move to India before the tax man comes for you wealth to pay for these new programs that the so-called conservatives are adding to now deficit.

Did you know that the Chinese have now developed a new tank that is superior to the Abrahms tank used in Iraq? This with the help of US technological firms setting up shop there.
We are digging our own graves courtesty of the free-traders.
By the way all of you who do support this, have seen the record of bankruptcies this past year? Have you seen the record number of American farmers going bankrupt due to the WTO keeping their product from reaching Europe and Africa.

Yes, I am a conservative a a belief that puts my American brother ahead of the well-being of foreigners. If all of you believe in such free-trade, then why shouldn't these engineers go work for countries like German, France, Russia and the UK and put the further strain on America to defend itself and the technical prowess of our military.

Hey why don't we just move our nuclear development to China and have them make our warheads and missiles. They are already the largest exporter of electronics to the US. Go WTO!!!

For the first time in my life, I am actually joining the CWA and I have done it with pride. They are the conservatives here, because they don't want to this industry wind up like the textile industry.

Oh yes, I just love those Nike shoes made by 10 year old Vietmanese children and love those expensive $30 "designer" t-shirts made in Pakistan (let's see don't they a huge terrorist base there?) could we be funding our own demise here???

If you are indeed a freedom lover, then how do you justify the current US investment in commununism? Because that is what OPIC does. It invests in communism, not freedom, not the American citizen. And a government does have a responsibility to its citizens, as you can see when you read the Constitution.

We were a much freer and much more prosperous nation back in the 1950's when the government actively opposed communism, limited immigration and imposed tariffs on certain goods.
