I'm no expert on guns, but I have seen enough news about new infantrymans' personal arms that high velocity and AP capability are key to these weapons. And if RKBA is understood to mean citizens can get whatever an infantryman would usually carry - WTF! It sounds like this ban is on VERY dubious constitutional ground.

Sounds like a good 2A argument before the Supreme Court. It may never need get there if the Supreme Court rule strongly enough on 2A pending cases.
