He should take this case to the Supreme Court. I think he's got a decent shot at having the verdict nullified, on the basis of Lawrence v Texas.

Wasn't this like that case in Germany where some guys met online and contracted that one would be killed. This of course after severing his "you-know-what" and cooking it?
