"Someone just went to a whole lot of trouble here...to cause Bush and the White House grief.." And, evidently, this "Wilkinson" has invested at least twenty years in establishing his bona fides with not only journalists, but congressional Republicans.
Then, only after he nukes a Republican in the White House, does he bother to evaporate into the ether.
This story has very disturbing ramifications. It smells like a KGB "sleeper" who is now, appropriately, getting his paycheck from the DNC.
It also plays to the notion that liberals and al-Qaeda are "natural allies"...

And, evidently, this "Wilkinson" has invested at least twenty years in establishing his bona fides with not only journalists, but congressional Republicans. If there ever was a "Wilkinson". It would take all that much to prove it; Registered is asking for the materials to put that question to rest, and I very much hope he gets it.

are "natural allies"...How so? The only people he was trying to hurt were Republicans, he wasn't trying to help al-Qaeda.

I thought from the first time I read the story that this Terrence Wilkinson might be a spy of some sort whose worked hard to get in the good graces of government officials. I hope this matter is being investigated -- it has serious ramifications if we have a mole either in the government working against the administration or on the outside giving false information in order to harm the administration.
It smells to me.
