I read the article you posted. Then I had to take a shower. I've been on more than a few cruise ships. I've seen how people get loose when they're away from home, in the sun, drinking rum concoctions with umbrellas in them. Every ship, every resort, is stocked with a supply of relatively clean, relatively intelligent members of the opposite sex (in this case, males).
Unless the women referred to in this article are looking for danger, rather than looking for sex, this behavior does not make any sense.

Well, some people do need to blow off stress. I would not choose that method - but I do understand the need to relieve stress.

Yeah, this set up doesn't make any sense. If a woman wants a younger boyfriend (of any race she desires), she doesn't have to fly to Jamaica to find him-- just find a sports bar and take your pick.
