Others said they believe the matter could wind up in the hands of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

And we all know how that movie ends. Oh well, better to go down fighting.

See that good looking dude on the left? He's got FAR BETTER THINGS to do than conduct Freepathons! Come on, let's get this thing over with.

Better to go down fighting. And I'm glad to see the Democrats and RINOs discombobulated for a change. :)

Fortunately, the Ninth Circus Court is not necessarily the "end" of any legal proceeding.

In a 6-1 ruling last week, the Nevada Supreme Court ruled the section of the state constitution requiring education funding takes precedence over another section requiring a two-thirds vote of lawmakers to approve new taxes. Guinn had petitioned the state’s highest court for relief after the Assembly failed to approve a tax plan after one regular session and two special sessions.

So the NV SC has ruled that their constitution is in violation of their constitution?! I could be mistaken, but I seem to recall 13 colonies telling the King of England to go pound sand, at the end of several muskets, for less than this.

It is difficult to get a federal restraining order. You have to show a high likelyhood of success on the ultimate facts..
