North Korea wants non-aggression pact with US

North Korea says it wants a non-aggression pact with the United States in exchange for concessions on its own nuclear programme. The Stalinist government in Pyongyang claims this will open the way to arms limitation negotiations.

South Korean newspaper the Korea Times reports that North Korea, the United States and China will probably meet in Beijing on September 6th for talks on the crisis. However, the South Korean government says it knows nothing about any such agreement.

South Korean President Roh Moo-Hyun has denied reports in the US press about a second nuclear reactor in North Korea. At the weekend, the New York Times said measurements taken along the border between the two Koreas suggested a second plant for highly radioactive material was in use in the North. President Roh said the reports were "vague and unfounded".

How about "no".

Instead, you can go ahead and dismantle your nuclear program post haste, to ensure that we don't fire off another regime change.

Hahahaha.......we should agree to some non-aggression pact with this guy and his turdpile country? We shouldn't ever negotiate anything with him. Clinton and Carter did enough damage with the great deal they cut with him.

exactly...starve em out via a blockade or take em out with tactical nukes...No unilateral talks. If China and the UN don't care, then we better not cave in, but rather, take em out.
