I don't think the cop can be convicted, and I didn't think so a year ago. And I don't think he should be.

Won't matter if he isn't convicted by a jury of his peers, as ticked off as the black community is about this stuff, he'll end up getting capped somewhere in the neighborhood while on duty.

I don't think the cop can be convicted

If 5 jurors found him not guilty, then he will never be convicted.

A hung jury 11-1 or 10-2 against the police officer might have been a different story.

This is good news for the police officer.

FWIW, I think he's guilty of assault, but apparently his lawyers are good picking the right jury.

I didn't even think they should have been charged with anything. Please!!!! Stop the BS. Cops have a tough job, he lost his cool, fine him or suspend him for a week without pay and have him take a class if you want. I am livid that he was fired!!! Is the ACLU running our country???
