AS a Vermonter, this is devastating to the state. Howard Dean and the flaming liberal legislators in Vermont are very anti-business but claim to be for the small guy.
The new Governor in Vermont is doing what he can, but it is not possible to change everything himself. Many of these legislators are from NY and want to keep Vermont pristine and beautiful and to hell with jobs. They have what they need. They are short sighted as hell!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you could convert your property in Vermont to a timeshare rental property and soak the NYC types who love that stuff. I love the Vermont countryside, I just can't afford to live there, either.
