Can anyone remind me of the name of the book that came out a couple of years ago in which the author advocated government regulations requiring that people visiting political websites be exposed to alternate views? The book had an endorsement from Ted Kennedy.

Thankfully I don't know of the book. So if this were to ever come to fruition, DU would have to have a link to FR and vice versa.
