20 year residency?
How long has Gorbachev been living here?
To: Theodore R.
No Way! With all the aliens that greatly reduces my chances! Also next thing you know we've lost our nation big-time.

"Hatch has frequently stirred fear among conservatives",
but equally loathing.
Picture an Al Qaeda Clinton, who also attains the highest office against all wisdom and odds...

Doesn't someone bring up this idiocy every couple years only to get no attention?
To: Theodore R.
I used to like Hatch, but lately it seems like the cheese has fallen off his cracker.

I hope Orrin Hatch keeps his shoes clean, since he ends up sticking them in his mouth with boring regularity these days.
Would someone please get this man a public relations director who uses the phrase "Why don't you just shut the f#ck up, you moron!" with his clients on a regular basis.

When was the last time Hatch had his head examined? He's a dangerous nut.
To: Theodore R.
This could be bad. If this gets adopted we can expect the "unlimited number of terms" for the president to be next. Hatch is just another power monger hack like most of those elected to serve in DC. Time to unelect him and the rest.

Supporters of DC statehood say that a constitutional amendment is not necessary to "enfranchise" DC voters in Congress. Still, the Constitution says that Congress shall "govern" the district. That's why there was a district: to keep it from being within a state!

But the people of UT think he can walk across the Great Salt Lake!

A prelude to an under the table campaign for Michigan's Debbie S. for prez? As far as I know, Stabenow was born here...it's Governor Jennifer Granholm who was born in Canada.

He votes straight Republican, so how do you come to that conclusion? He is wrong about the illegals however and I'm letting him know today.
To: SolidSupplySide
Getting any constitutional amendment approved, considering the partisan and moral divisions of the nation, would seem next to impossible at this point.

He is on the wrong side of the National Question.

Just shows what happens to the head of a committee [Senate Judiciary Chairman] when he has nothing to do.
Now if the Dems would just stop filibustering the judicial ............
