I guess the point is that Arnold has been involved in business meetings with CEO-s of major corporations all along, and well versed in business.
"Among those invited to Waddesdon Manor were the likes of James Wolfensohn, president of the World Bank, Jorma Ollila, chief executive of Nokia and De Beers chairman Nicky Oppenheimer."
Note the date is Sept. 24, 2002

The (implicit) point is that a group of billionaires is one of the gangs running the world, which probably picks our presidents and governors (at least for states as important as California). Interesting that the Rothchild dynasty is still involved after all these years. Further research would confirm that the New World Order they are bringing is not a good thing.
