"Efforts are underway this week in Vienna to change the UN definition of prostitution. This attempt comes during negotiations of a “protocol” that will accompany the UN Convention on Transnational Organized Crime. This “protocol” is intended specifically to address the rapidly burgeoning sexual trafficking of women and children.
