They are saying these kids have ADD? What a crock! If the girl is already on probation there is a much better reason for her(and his) "activities". It's called no parental guidance, and no but whippings. Why did the mother call the cops on her own daughter? There is obviously no adult around that ever really gave a sh*t about either of these kids.

The ADD label lets law enforcement, the courts, the school system, psychiatrists to act together in order to enslave them for as long as they see fit.
