Same old same old. I thought this was supposed to be different?! Damn.

Whenever they do it, the timing will be the same as with Elian, in the very early morning, using an entrance not seen by those on-hand, with a large cadre of police.

It's ok to be a Christian in America. Just don't act like one in public. Shades of the Roman persecution. But the good news is you can't suppress the Truth for very long, and the results of persecution are always the same, it makes the Church of Christ stronger.

Quick - go join the
Hajjto Roy's holy rock, touch it, reverently view it and prostrate yourselves before it. Flail around, wail, cry, beat your breasts...

I bet they will not only remove the monument, they will destroy it. I do not know this for a fact, but it wouldn't surprise me if certain parties tried to "send a message" by destroying the monument. Just another day in the Soviet States of Amerika.

Why are people opposed to this monument? It's not just a religious document. The Ten Commandments influenced America's legal system, and therefore have historical significance, like the Constitution and The Declaration of Independence. Furthermore, NO ONE IS BEING HARMED BY THE DISPLAY! As for Bill Pryor, he's in an impossible spot, and I feel sad for him. But Senate Democrats can't accuse him of putting his personal beliefs above the law now.
