"Other crews working at buildings on the Augusta Mental Health Institute campus were blasting early Friday, but had stopped hours before the loud rumbles."Did they account for all the inventory, before they left?

I find the above somehow ironic. They sent an investigator out to the Mental hospital who asked some folks if they were blasting and they said they weren't.
How do you believe anyone at the mental hospital ;-)

This is nothing more than one of the many cascading effects of the passage of Planet X. A slowing of the Earth's rotation leading up to the "Pole Shift". Or maybe not:-)

Felt the same vibration about 5 pm in LOs Angeles. very distinct and similiar to the vibrations and rumblings we felt when the aurora high altitude hypersonic plane was landing in the desert out at aera 51 norht of vegas. Back then Pre gulf war the seisomo guys tracked the sounds using their earhtvibration equiment and it showed a sound path leading right to the airbase - raised a few eyebrows in the military too.
Would be surprised if it wasn't the spaceplane. Probably using it over in the middleeast quite a bit these days.
It makes that strange vibrating rattle and someitmes booming that doens't show up as an earhtquake on the sensors (the sensors are programmed to ignore signatures of sonic booms, infrasound and mine blasting etc which don't look like earthquakes.
