I've been watching news reports from Muslim countries for 20 years, and never, and I mean never, have I seen women roaming the streets in Cairo, Tehran, Baghdad, Hebron. What Muslim countries need is NOT to control meandering women, but to liberate their womenfolk from the control of oppressive men and male-dominating government. If women roaming the streets in Argentina led to the downfall of that country's military rule, Muslim countries need more of it!!
