Why would the CIA send a person with NO experience in this kind of sensative investigation

Why is ok for Joe Wilson to print in an NYT op-ed about his finding of a secret mission that the CIA sent him on??

Is it normal proceedure for folks working for the CIA to dicuss/print Classified reports in a major Newspaper??

Excellent questions. I'm also waiting for the answers. I maintain that Wisons was the first leaker......he had no authority to disclose anything related to his trip. Period.
