Former nun? Interesting... she still uses the title of a member of a Benedictine order.
Not sure if this is the one, but I got a lot of junk mail from a "sister" that sounded an awful lot like this one. Kind funny how a Lutheran would get on the mailing list.
First off, the nun is dressed in drag. I'm sorry, but I know that many nuns dress "modestly" in a manner that doesn't exactly highlight their feminity. (Why they don't simply wear a habit if they are going to violate social norms so radically, I don't know.) But this nun is simply dressed in a drag. that sports jacket she is wearing is something John Derbyshire, or Victor David Hansen would wear; it is not the suit jacket of a porfessional woman.
Secondly, her convent's publication has some titles they should avoid. The feature article is "Nuns, Out and About." Surely they understand what "out" means in the present culture. This from a magazine mysteriously named, "Mount."
