I would rest easy with your comment except for the line in the letter I received from the Tribunal which says, "In addition, your former spouse has chosen not to participate in this review so we have no testimony from her concerning your courtship and marriage". I'm telling you, this is bizarro world from where I sit. This letter is telling me they aren't going to go forward without either her testimony or that of someone else that's not going to materialize just to make things easier.
