Your making an assertion with absolutely zero evidence to validate it.

The evidence is that you want to annull your marriage merely because it did not work out.

Annullment should be for extreme cases only - like your wife lied about something essential, like she was pregnant by another man, for instance.

If you can obtain an annullment merely because you can't get along, then what's the difference between a marriage in the Catholic Church and one performed by a Justice of the Peace?
